Invest in Breaking the Cycle

Healing is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself, your relationships, and future generations.

At Trauma Wise Healing, treatment is intentionally designed around evidence-based trauma therapies and extended sessions that allow for deeper processing, nervous system regulation, and lasting change.

Whether you're seeking weekly therapy, a trauma intensive, or Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), we'll work together to determine the approach that best fits your goals.

Trauma Wise Healing specializes in working with Cycle Breakers, individuals, couples, and families who are ready to heal trauma, strengthen relationships, and interrupt unhealthy patterns that have been passed down through generations. Services include individual therapy, couples therapy, Discernment Counseling, specialized family therapy for adult children and their parents, trauma intensives, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

Why Longer Sessions?

Many therapy practices are built around 50-minute appointments because insurance companies determine what they reimburse.

Trauma Wise Healing is different.

Many of the therapies I provide, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Somatic Therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), benefit from having enough time to move through activation, processing, and integration without stopping just as healing is unfolding.

Longer sessions often allow clients to:

  • Stay with the work rather than stopping in the middle of meaningful processing

  • Reduce emotional whiplash between sessions

  • Leave feeling grounded and regulated

  • Build momentum instead of starting over each week

Couples Therapy

90 Minutes$350

Trauma-informed couples therapy focused on communication, emotional connection, attachment patterns, conflict repair, relational safety, and breaking unhealthy relationship cycles.

Couples therapy may include support with:

  • Communication and conflict repair

  • Attachment injuries and emotional disconnection

  • Rebuilding trust after relational ruptures

  • Navigating family-of-origin patterns within the relationship

  • Parenting stress and life transitions

  • Emotional regulation during conflict

  • Creating safer patterns of connection

My couples work is trauma informed, attachment focused, and relational. I integrate attachment science, nervous system regulation, and evidence based trauma therapies to help couples better understand the patterns that keep them stuck and create new ways of connecting.

I am also completing Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) certification, anticipated by the end of October 2026.

In addition to traditional couples therapy, I offer Discernment Counseling, a structured, short term process for couples where one partner is uncertain about the future of the relationship while the other hopes to preserve it. Rather than focusing on solving relationship problems, Discernment Counseling helps couples gain greater clarity and confidence about the direction of their relationship before deciding whether to pursue couples therapy, separation, or maintain the relationship as it is. This process typically consists of one to five 90 minute sessions.

Family Therapy

90 Minutes — $350

My family therapy practice is dedicated exclusively to working with adult children, their parents, and partners when appropriate. Whether your family is hoping to prevent estrangement, repair a fractured relationship, reconcile after a period of separation, or improve communication around longstanding relational wounds, therapy provides a structured space to better understand one another and move toward healthier patterns of connection.

Family therapy may include support with:

• Estrangement prevention and reconciliation

• Parent and adult child relationship repair

• Communication after longstanding conflict

• Navigating boundaries and changing family roles

• Healing attachment injuries

• Breaking intergenerational patterns

• Creating emotional safety for difficult conversations

I have completed specialized training in working with adult children, their parents, and family estrangement through the work of Dr. Joshua Coleman, a leading expert in family estrangement and reconciliation.

Specialized Relationship Services

Discernment Counseling

Discernment Counseling is a structured, short term process designed for couples where one partner is uncertain about the future of the relationship while the other hopes to preserve it. Unlike traditional couples therapy, the goal is not to solve relationship problems, but to help each partner gain clarity and confidence about the path forward. Together, we explore three possible paths: maintaining the relationship as it is, pursuing separation or divorce, or committing to a six month all out effort in couples therapy.

Most Discernment Counseling cases are completed in one to five sessions.

Adult Child & Parent Relationship Therapy

Healthy relationships between adult children and parents can be some of the most meaningful and most challenging relationships we experience. Whether your family is hoping to prevent estrangement, reconcile after time apart, improve communication, or heal longstanding relational wounds, this specialized family therapy is designed to help family members better understand one another, navigate difficult conversations, and begin breaking unhealthy intergenerational patterns.

Trauma Intensives

Designed for motivated clients seeking focused, immersive trauma therapy and accelerated healing.

3 Hours$600
4 Hours$800
6 Hours$1,200

Trauma intensives allow extended time for preparation, processing, and integration without the interruption of traditional weekly therapy sessions.

Intensives may be a good fit for clients who:

  • Feel stuck despite traditional weekly therapy

  • Want focused trauma processing around a specific memory, theme, or pattern

  • Are navigating a major life transition, grief, or relational rupture

  • Prefer deeper work in fewer appointments

  • Are traveling from out of state or have limited scheduling availability

  • Want to integrate EMDR, ART, somatic therapy, attachment work, or nervous system regulation in a more concentrated format

Each intensive is tailored to the client’s goals, nervous system capacity, and clinical needs. The goal is not to rush healing, but to create enough space for meaningful work to unfold and integrate.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

Trauma Wise Healing partners with Journey Clinical to provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for eligible clients.

KAP combines carefully planned psychotherapy with ketamine treatment to support deeper healing, increased neuroplasticity, and meaningful therapeutic change.

Trauma Wise Healing provides psychotherapy before, during (when appropriate), and after ketamine sessions.

Medical evaluation, prescribing, medication management, and medication costs are provided separately through Journey Clinical.
