Who do you work with?

I specialize in working with thoughtful, high-functioning adults; emotionally attuned professionals; couples; and families navigating trauma, identity shifts, life transitions, or relational strain.

Many of my clients appear successful and capable on the outside while carrying unseen stressors beneath the surface.

What types of therapy sessions do you offer?

All sessions are virtual, trauma-informed, and collaboratively paced.

Initial Intake & Assessment – $275

90-minute comprehensive evaluation to clarify your history, goals, and plan.

Individual Therapy – $175 (50 minutes)

Weekly or biweekly support for emotional integration, nervous system regulation, and trauma recovery.

Extended Individual Therapy – $275 / $400

90- or 120-minute sessions ideal for EMDR, ART, somatic integration, or deeper therapeutic work.

Couples Therapy – $225 / $350

Support for communication, repair, emotional reconnection, and relationship transitions.

Family Therapy – $225 / $350

For families navigating adult-child dynamics, conflict, or intergenerational trauma.

Trauma Therapy Intensives – $275–$1,200

Focused EMDR/ART, somatic work, parts work, and grounding practices for accelerated healing.

What methods or modalities do you use?

My approach blends evidence-based, relational, and trauma-focused practices:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

  • Somatic therapy & nervous system regulation

  • Parts Work / Internal Family Systems–informed strategies

  • Mindfulness, CBT, and attachment-focused practices

Treatment is not about symptom suppression — it’s about expanding your capacity for clarity, connection, and sustainable change.

Do you accept insurance?

No — all services are private pay only. This allows for:

  • Full confidentiality and discretion

  • Flexible pacing and session structure

  • No diagnostic requirements

  • Access to trauma modalities without insurance restrictions

  • Greater autonomy in your therapeutic process

Clients value the enhanced privacy, depth, and choice that private pay offers.

Do you offer coaching?

Yes. Coaching is available in all states outside my licensure locations and internationally (where permitted).

Coaching is a non-clinical service designed to support:

  • Leadership burnout or decision fatigue

  • Fertility or reproductive decision-making

  • Relationship or identity transitions

  • Emotional labor, perfectionism, or chronic overfunctioning

  • Values clarification and creating sustainable change

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy and does not treat mental health diagnoses.
