Who do you work with?
I specialize in working with high-achieving professionals, emotionally attuned caregivers, and growth-oriented couples who often serve as the backbone of their families, organizations, or communities—yet find themselves depleted, stuck, or unseen beneath the surface.
Clients often come to me during periods of heightened transition, burnout, emotional overload, or relationship disruption. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity-aware, and inclusive of non-traditional and traditional relationship models.

A comprehensive session to clarify your history, current concerns, and goals. Sets the stage for personalized healing.Individual Therapy – 50 Minutes · $250
Weekly or biweekly work focused on trauma healing, identity development, emotional insight, and nervous system regulation.Extended Individual Therapy – 75 Minutes · $375
Ideal for EMDR, ART, or somatic work when you need more spacious time for grounding and reprocessing.Couples Therapy – 55 Minutes · $275
Supports communication, emotional reconnection, and the healing of relational wounds.Extended Couples Therapy – 80–90 Minutes · $400
Best for high-conflict couples or those navigating trauma, separation planning, or EMDR-informed relational repair.

My approach blends evidence-based, somatic, and trauma-focused practices including:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

Parts Work, DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness

No. All services are private pay only. This model ensures:

Do you offer coaching?
Yes—coaching services are available for clients located outside my licensure states and internationally (where legally allowed). Coaching may be helpful for:
Leadership burnout or career decision fatigue
Fertility or reproductive decision support
Identity exploration and life reinvention
Relationship boundary-setting or role transitions
Emotional labor, compassion fatigue, or over-functioning
