Co-Parenting Coaching & Mediation
A Structured, Supportive Approach to Co-Parenting
Co-parenting after separation or divorce can be one of the most challenging transitions a family faces. Even with the best intentions, communication breakdowns, unresolved conflict, and differences in parenting expectations can create stress for both parents and children.
At Trauma Wise Healing, co-parenting services provide a neutral, supportive, and structured environment where parents can improve communication, strengthen collaboration, and create child-centered agreements that support long-term wellbeing.
What to Expect
Co-Parenting Coaching & Mediation sessions are intentional, goal-directed, and focused on helping both parents move toward healthier, more productive interactions. Together, we will:
Clarify shared parenting goals and expectations
Establish healthy and respectful communication strategies
Develop agreements around routines, boundaries, and responsibilities
Prioritize a safe, child-centered environment
Address conflict constructively with tools for de-escalation and repair
Document agreements when appropriate for accountability
These services are educational and coaching-based, not legal representation. They may complement—but do not replace—legal counsel.
