Co-Parenting Coaching & Mediation

A Structured, Supportive Approach to Co-Parenting

Co-parenting after separation or divorce can be one of the most challenging transitions families face. Even with the best intentions, communication breakdowns, unresolved conflict, and differences in parenting styles can create stress for both parents and children.

At Trauma Wise Healing, co-parenting services are designed to provide a neutral, supportive space where parents can work together more effectively. Using a blend of coaching and mediation strategies, the process emphasizes communication, collaboration, and child-centered decision-making.

What to Expect

Co-Parenting Coaching & Mediation sessions are structured and goal-oriented. Together, we will:

  • Clarify shared parenting goals and expectations

  • Establish healthy communication strategies

  • Develop agreements around boundaries, routines, and responsibilities

  • Create a safe, child-centered environment that prioritizes wellbeing

  • Address conflict constructively, with tools for de-escalation and repair

  • Document agreements when needed for accountability

These services are educational and coaching-based, not legal representation. They can complement — but do not replace — legal counsel.
